This week Year 2 pupils learned about recipes - how to read them, how to present them and their format. After familiarising themselves, the class followed one to make a delicious Eton Mess!
The children used their newfound knowledge of kitchen utensils to safely mash and slice the ingredients. Once they'd made their tasty creations, they reflected on the process by asking questions such as 'Did the recipe work?' and 'How important was each step?'
