Last week our children celebrated Roald Dahl Day, taking part in lots of activities to appreciate the work of the much-loved children's author.
The day started with a visit from Mrs Harris, who brought a selection of mysterious envelopes to each classroom. Each class selected their envelope which contained the name of a classic story by Roald Dahl.
Once each class had revealed their chosen story, they took on the challenge to decorate their classroom door with clues from their story for the rest of the children to guess from.
Throughout the day, pupils took part in a range of exciting activities including; a live video with special guests, draw-a-longs and guessing games; designing brand new storybook villains and of course, listening to the magic of everyone's favourite Roald Dahl stories.
