On Monday, we celebrated our individuality and uniqueness by wearing our funkiest odd socks to kick-start our Anti-Bullying Week.
Children and staff stood together in their odd socks to make a striking statement that we accept and respect our differences - raising awareness in style!
The theme of this year's national Anti-bullying Week is choose respect and throughout the week, children are taking part in a range of activities to learn to recognise bullying behaviours, highlight the impact of bullying and what we can do to prevent it.
As a rights respecting school, we know that article 19 of the UNCRC states, 'Children have the right to be protected from harm, in body or mind' - bullying is never acceptable.
