Year 6 pupils recently embarked on an unforgettable trip to Maiden Castle to participate in the annual Zambia Run.
This event provided an excellent opportunity for inter-school competition and allowed our pupils to showcase their athletic abilities on a grand scale. The Zambia Run, which supports Durham University students' Sport in Action work in Zambia, took place on a challenging and engaging fun run 500 metre course. Our talented runners braved the fields and ran their socks off!
Everyone showed great determination and despite how tricky the course was, the group persevered with remarkable resilience. Well done Year 6!
