Reception enjoyed a thrilling visit from the police this week, who brought along their emergency vehicle, complete with sirens and flashing lights!
The children loved learning about all of the team's equipment and even had a go on the police's walkie talkies! After the visit, our children recited facts they had learned. Here's what some of our pupils had to say...
"The police can go through a red light in an emergency if they have their lights and sirens flashing."
"Jet and Ben the police dogs help the police find naughty people."
"Police have lots of vehicles, they have helicopters, bikes, cars and vans."
