Today on World Against Child Labour Day, Year 4 and 5 pupils delivered an assembly to raise awareness of child labour.
Pupils shared stories of child workers across the world and talked about the risks they face on a daily basis. Did you know that 246 million children go to work instead of going to school?
As a rights-respecting school, we know there are rights protecting children in the UK which entitle them to education, to relax and to play. Find out more here.
Well done Year 4 and 5 for giving an inspiring assembly about this important global issue.
