Mrs Ribchester delivered a whole school assembly on road safety this week. The assembly was supported sponsored by the Co-op Funeralcare and the Co-op's Kathryn Tromans attended to give the pupils lots of road safety messages along with some reflective badges to help our children keep safe in the dark.
Every year around 11,000 children (under 15 years old) are slightly injured, seriously injured or even killed as pedestrians and cyclists on Britains roads and crossings. Mrs Ribchester said the assembly helped to raise awareness of road safety in the dark winter nights and we thank the Co-op for providing the reflective badges.
